Department of Justice Clears Google’s Application for PLCN

On April 8, the Department of Justice filed a petition with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) concerning Google LLC’s application to operate a subsea cable.

FCC Receives Application for Transfer of PPC-1 License

The U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received as application to remove AT&T Mobility Puerto Rico Inc. (AMPR) as a licensee of the Americas-II submarine cable system.
